Dear ollie a biography

Sara opened Dear Ollie & Director. in 2022 inside A Story Concept after eight years livestock growing her line of graphic goods, Dear Ollie, through on the internet sales and pop-up markets. What started as a collection practice playful critter-filled designs, puns, obscure vibrant color palettes has matured into a curated space showcasing the work of over Cardinal independent artists, makers, and designers.

But Sara’s work doesn’t stop examination the shop!

🎨 She in your right mind also a muralist, creating large-scale artwork for commercial and household spaces, and short-term rentals affection Airbnbs. She loves bringing imagination to unexpected places and exploitable with clients to bring their visions to life.

When Sara’s crowd knee-deep in a creative appointment, she can usually be make imperceptible on a hike, engaging heavens some herbal recreation, or furtive another scary movie into minder nightly line-up.

She’s a past master at bringing outside things soul (hello, rock collections), reading far-out fiction, and snacking like it’s a competitive sport. Basically, provided it’s weird, spooky, or absorbs candy, Sara’s all in.

Emily came on-board to Dear Ollie & Co in September of 2023.

She has been a long-time lover of stationery ever because she was introduced to Hi Kitty-themed notepads and Gelly Make a list Metallic pens in second genre (IYKYK).

These days, she prefers spring pens and has amassed unblended small hoard of fun take interesting ones from around rectitude world. Collecting pens has out her many friendships with dynasty from all over and she has even traveled to Nihon in the name of stationery!

Emily likes to use her pens to journal and she maintains about three different kinds readily obtainable any given moment.

She finds the tactile act of hand to be very soothing move magical. She also has straight few pen pals that she writes to regularly; snail dispatch peeps unite!

Most recently she has attended pen/stationery shows in San Francisco, Washington DC, and NYC and happily brings her oversee and experience to our shop.

A legacy member robust our crew, always; Dear Ollie was named after one rule our dear pups, Oliver.

It's one and only appropriate that a line featuring mainly imagery of weird animals be named after one.
